NLCS Game 7

CARDINALS WIN! The 1967 Cardinals destroyed the Phillies in Game 7, 9-1. Bob Gibson was dominate the whole way. A pitcher's duel until the 5th, then St. Louis erupted for 5 runs. They never looked back. Phillies could only manage 5 hits. A disappointing ending to the Phillies season. So both teams from the 60's head to the World Series for a league that was set in 1965. Interesting...

Anyways...the World Series will be the 1967 St. Louis Cardinals vs 1969 Minnesota Twins.
