92 Blue Jays vs 1909 Pirates
It's the World Series champs 92 Blue Jays from Canada taking on Honus Wagner's World Series 1909 Pirates at Forbes Field. A pitcher's duel ensued early on between Toronto's Jack Morris and Pittsburgh Howie Camnitz. Pirates scored on in the 5th off a triple by Bobby Byrnes.
The Jays still had a chance to get into it, but Camnitz shut them down. A couple of doubles as insurance runs in the 7th, sealed the deal for Pittsburgh. Oh..forgot to mention. We're using the year 1947 to play this league.
